As always, here comes a list of items we are working for the future of VNQM. We are listening and your comments will be more than welcomed.

  2. End-To-End visualization of network map between two phones and connected ports & switches on a call route.
  3. Updating visuals - more attractive charts (zoom-in) + ,
  4. More out of the box reports with capacity trending.
  5. Support for MS SQL 2014
  6. Performance improvements and more CDR data retention period (more than 1 month of the data in DB)
  7. Support for Cisco IO 15.x, ISR for IPSLA

  • michal.hrncirik Lync support for call data, etc is the only defining factor aside from Avaya support that will decide whether or not I am able to get this product purchased, so if that can be pulled in would be useful, to say the least.

SAM doesn't really cut it here, and the only other option appears to be queries against the SQL db for Lync. I'm not sure this will make it past a 30 day trial even with it's improvements over Avaya's solution.
