    Error after update to 12.5.1


      After the update to the latest version, the automatic ticket creation gives us erros.


      Nothing changed, we just did an update to the latest version.


      When i confirm the settings on the incoming email i get this error:


      E-Mail Account was updated successfully. However, the following error occurred while attempting a connection with the mail server:


      unable to find valid certification path to requested target

      Any ideas on where to search? I opened a support case but no response yet.
