    Do not require request sub-type

      If a Request sub-type is available (but not visible to clients), Techs *must* select a sub-type in order to save most changes to a ticket (Error = You must choose a Request Sub-Type).

       

      Is there a way to set sub-types as not mandatory, meaning they can be left blank?
