Machine type data not appeared under node details

Hi,

we have two new cisco asa firewall in npm but machine type data is not appearing under node details.

but it should be appear like below

Orion Collect the device Machine Type is from
1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2 - sysObjectID
The provided SysObject OID value from the device is just telling the Orion its a Cisco device but no further details provided by the device 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.2114 therefor Orion marked the device as Cisco only .
Question :
Where is the correct value stored then ?
You can run the SNMPWALK Run SolarWinds SNMPWALK - SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC. Help and Support
to find the correct OID contained the value stored.
Example:
Run the SNMPWALk
and then Search for the SysObjectOID for a Working Node .
Once you have that OID
You can use the Device Studio to correct the Vendor yourself.
Change device details in the Device Studio - SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC. Help and Support
