    Required Fields - Not Working


      I have a custom field that is clearly marked as Req'd in the setup and has the red asterisk by it on the form but people are still able to submit tickets without selecting anything from that field.


      What could be causing this?


      I've changed it to editable and saved it, then changed it back to req'd and saved it just in case it needed a kick in the pants.  Still no good.


      Any suggestions?
