    resetting web helpdesk master admin password


      Hi We had admin account however the password is no longer working and we need to login to this to manager the other tech licenses. Support has currently expired and we are wondering if there is any other way to reset the password.


      We have tried to use the reset password option and enter the email address under the account however even though it picks up the admin account under this email it does not send any reset instructions.
