After upgrading to WHD 12.5 a few of our reports wont run the same way as before. Example we have multiple level Request types listed below are a few examples
Trouble Ticket > Personal > Reset Password
Trouble Ticket > Email > Reset Password
Service Request > Email > Create Email Account
Service Request > Personal > New Hire
Prior to the update we could set filters to allow to pull ticket count reports against the Parent Request Type i.e (Trouble Ticket or Service Request) now we can only report on the lowest child ticket i.e. (Reset Password, New Hire)
Is there a fix to this?
