    ServiceNow integration with NPM - Select Properties is blank

      I have setup integration from our Solarwind instance to our ServiceNow instance.  When I am configuring the action in a particular alert, the Incident Detail area is blank.  When I click Select Properties, it is blank as well.  What am I missing?
