NPM 11.5 alert times bug !!

Heloo,

In adjusting the alert disable times, we needed to disable an alert in 2 hours period (from 2 am to 4 am ), but after adjusting the times , I logged to the same alert but from another PC which has a different time zone and found that the times are adjusted according to my PC time zone !

To confirm this bug, I logged from a third PC having a third time zone and the same happened, the alert times are adjusted also according to this PC time zone !

is this a known bug really ?

It depends... do you want to see the alert time in the timezone of the solarwinds server or the local time zone. Most people want to see it in their own time zones time.

I want to see AND / OR adjust the alert time in the timezone of Solarwinds server, if that happened , I wont be facing the above issue I think

You could sync all the clients on the timezone the solarwinds server is in... we do that on some networks but it'll confuse some people.

it may solve the issue but am afraid it is not logic as I am located in a different zone rather than my colleauges
