How WHD defines an imcompleted ticket in alert level?

I am newbie with WHD. I have just finished configuring WHD and lauching it. And I have a question: How WHD defines an imcompleted ticket in alert level? The issue is my ticket have been resolved but an email about not completed ticket still sent to my email. It's just a spam to me. Maybe I can configure a resolved ticket is completed ticket? Anyone has a solution for my problem?
