Orion Webpage Internal Error: missing Template ERR_CONNECT_FAIL

I have an issue with a few computers that cannot bring up the NPM webpage, I have tied both IE11 and Chrome, and they both receive the error "" Internal Error: missing Template ERR_CONNECT_FAIL ""

I have my main workstation that it loads up fine both IE and Chrome using win7. The 2 workstations that are not working are not on the domain, 1 of them is win7, and the other is Win10. I do not have the platform setup for a AD. Also both computers, can ping, and RDP to the NPM Server. There are no firewall policy's keeping them from loading. The NPM is on a different Vlan.

Searching google seems to be a Meraki FW issue.

Almost correct, my NPM is behind a Cisco ASA, the computers in question have a gateway, and static routing to the NPM through the Meraki. So as it turns out I had to put a static route on the PCs to get them to route correctly to the NPM, but only because of my gateway at the ASA was not the proper gateway from the Meraki networks, this was causing the ASA to see the inbound traffic on the wrong interface.
