"nodemane is currently down, unreachable, or provided credentials are not valid "

What is the causes ?

  • It's hard to say without more information on the node you're monitoring.

We had a similar issue recently which turned out to be a problem with two OIDs on a Cisco 4507 chassis.  Have you tried a warm restart of the SNMP-Server on the node?

You could also try adding a different RO string to the node, and test from SolarWinds with that string and see if it starts polling again.

  • This node is a server windows.

Now its show up, but the services not,

I need understand the causes, before re add this node.

  • Have you verified the credentials and that the account is not locked out? Is the node monitored from the main poller or an additional polling engine? Have you go through the WMI Troubleshooting Guide?

  • So this problem show because the wmi have a problem. We try fix it.

After procedure I post here the solution.
