Beginning of the end?

This just started to happen on my phone (after updating to iOS 10.3).

I will open the WHD.app and pull up a ticket on my iPhone 7. Add a note, and save.

I will then go to my computer, and there is no Note on my ticket, yet the ticket was changed from Open to Assigned, so I know something was done to the ticket.

Could this be a bad sign for the WHD.app?

Hoping for an update soon…

The updated iOS app is slated to be released along side the next update. However there is no word yet on a release date.
