We have a number of devices (Cisco/Tandberg video codecs) that have extremely limited information available via SNMP, but provide quite a bit of info via an XML API (for example, whether the unit is currently registered to a gatekeeper, in a call, sharing content, etc.) which I'd like to be able to monitor in Orion. Is there any way to use a custom poller to collect this kind of data?
