Looking for report (Server Inventory) to identify top Virtualization candidates

Hello All !!

I am looking for assistance in finding or creating a report that will identify what servers are top candidates to be virtualized. I am also looking to identify the current virtualized systems (hosts and guests)

We have various operating systems throughout our environment with various versions of Linux and Windows operating systems.

We are looking to report on

Physical/Virtual Operating System #of CPU's Memory Avg CPU Usage Peak CPU Usage Avg Memory Usage Peak Memory Usage

Does anyone have something like this already ?
