please make sure you are monitoring that device using SNMP, otherwise your SolarWinds server will not know all the IP addresses configured on that device. If you want to review which IP addresses have been discovered on that particular device, you can check that info on the node details view of the device, or on the nodesiPaddresses table of the database.
If the IP address that is being used to export netflow data is being captured as an IP address assigned to that device, SolarWinds should display netflow traffic from that source. If it doesn't, I would recommend you to raise a ticket with the vendor.

Thanks - the device is monitored by snmp and Solarwinds does show the 'unkown' IP address in the node details. I am able to gather netflow data from the node however for some reason SolarWinds does not recognise Flows from this particular IP address.
I have raised a ticket with SW.
Hi - Just an FYI incase anyone else sees this issue.
I raised a ticket with SolarWinds.
I had to install HF3 for NTA 4.2.1 and it seems to have resolved the issue.
This appears to still be an issue in 4.2.2.
It also appears to be an issue in 4.2.3.
