    Filter out Closed tickets from Group Tickets


      Is there a way to "filter" out all closed tickets from the Group Tickets option.  We mainly use "Open" and "Work in Progress" as our two options but when I sort my view by Status it moves the Work in Progress tickets to the bottom.

          There is a filter option on the Group Tickets view, but unfortunately it only lets you choose one Status, so you can't choose "all Statuses except for Closed".


          What you can do though is create a query like that (Setup -> Tickets -> Search Tickets -> Advanced Search) and save it off with some name.

          Then, you can run that query whenever you'd like from the Group Tickets view (it just won't be the default view of that page)
