Orion - Can't export to pdf in Firefox, Chrome, and IE11

Hi,

New here and new to Orion/Solarwinds. We are having some issues with trying to export to pdf in Firefox, Chrome and IE11. We select the criteria for the report we want, i.e.; Min/Max/Average of CPU load and select the time frame and sample interval, then refresh the chart. Click on Printable Version. Wait for that to load then click on Export to PDF. Nothing ever happens. I have let it go for 20-30 minutes and the little progress circle just spins beside Export to PDF. It will not create a pdf. I can print to pdf file just fine, but management wants it exported. Very odd.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

if you have not tried to export locally from the server then try that, it works.. remotely sometimes it doesnt work, not sure why...i had faced this issue once....

Yeah it works from the server, but that is not an option. Only certain people have access to the server. We have users that need to be able to export to pdf from the browser. I don't understand why this doesn't work. If it's a feature, it should work.
