I’m Ashley, from the SolarWinds User Experience (UX) team. We're making some changes to the Customer Portal, and are looking for people to give us their feedback on a few designs. Specifically, we’re interested in how you define user roles within the Portal (or, why you don’t define roles).
These one-hour feedback sessions will be hosted over WebEx and will take place from Wednesday, February 15th until February 28th. Participants will receive 3,000 thwack points with this opportunity to influence design decisions.
