    unmanage / maintenance multiple nodes?

    nwsvlkco

      Hi,

if a connection to a remote location goes into maintenance (external) all nodes behind this connection will be reporterd down ofcourse.

So i would like to set that entire location/group/nodes in maintenane without having to click every node.

I noticed the "Unmanage task editor" ... serioursly? is this the best there is? how hard can it be? Also, this utility cannot filter groups, only locations (which are not always set correctly in SNMP).

nwsvlkco  If I am understanding what you are asking then yes, there is an easier way.

          1. Click on "Manage Nodes"

          2. Change "Group By" filter to "Location"

          3. Select the location you want to work with and click the select all box.

          4. Once all of the nodes are selected you should be able to click the "Unmanage" button.

Let me know if you have any questions.
