When I use the option to add a quick note from the ticket view pane the option to send it to a client is not available, is this normal? Is there a way to be able to send the update to a client from this edit mode?
Hi Byrona, the Recipient "Client" box is not available because the "Default Tech Note Visibility" setting in Setup>Tickets>Options is set to Hidden. If it is set to "Hidden" you can only send notes to the client from inside the ticket not from the quick note unless you change the setting over to "Visible" instead of "Hidden". Hope this helps :-)
