Hopefully Solarwinds is aware that the next version of iOS will only support 64-bit programs, and 32-bit programs may no longer work.
I am guessing that the Web Help Desk app on iOS is a 32-bit program.
I don't want to see September coming around and Solarwinds being caught off guard with a iOS app that no longer works.
Hoping that Solarwinds will not only make their app 64-bit, but also greatly improve the app and make an iPad version as well.

Good point, I still would like to see a native app for android and an iOS app that you can actually create tickets without going through full page.
