    Patch Manager not detecting iTunes on clients

      I keep having trouble with Patch Manager not detecting iTunes on the clients. I have iTunes 12.5.4.42 on the clients and there is an update for 12.5.5.5 available and published in Patch Manager.

       

      I have published both 64 & 86 (upgrade) files. Patch Manager though reports no detection of iTunes on any clients. It had a count several days ago of the PC with iTunes installed and now it's back to 0.

       

      Any advise on why this might be happening?
