    Creating a WHD Superuser?

      I'm new to WHD, but am deploying it for 2-3 departments.  As the SysAdmin, I want to have a global view over all of the tickets created for all of the Tech Groups.  So far, I can only see tickets in my own group.  If I add the other groups to my account, I don't want to accidentally be assigned those tickets, and I don't want the notifications.  Any suggestions?
