    Adding additional custom fields to Web Help Desk tickets


      Sorry for the newbie question, but i am setting up a cloud version of web help desk and am stuck at the point of adding additional (more) custom fields.  I got the first one done, but i do not see where I add additional custom fields.  I need a total of fifteen.  Any help would be greatly appreciated
