      You’ve been patiently waiting and it’s finally here!  The SolarWinds® VoIP and Network Quality Manager 4.4 Release Candidate is now available for download in your Customer Portal. We want to personally (ok, virtually) welcome you to our VNQM RC forum where we will be able to collaborate and share our VNQM RC adventures with each other. Bring us your raves and rants, questions and concerns. In this release, we have implemented:


      • Support for Cisco Unified Call Manager 11.x
      • Support for Avaya Aura 6.3.x
      • Web reporting and updated alerting


      As you may know, our Release Candidates are fully supported and suitable to be run in production. To upgrade to the latest version of VNQM, simply log into your Customer Portal, download and install the software. If you are running SolarWinds® Network Performance Monitor (NPM), and most of you are, be sure to upgrade to the newly released NPM 12.1 (RC) prior to VNQM for a smooth experience. If you have problems installing/upgrading, you can also file a ticket with Support just as you would for any other Generally Available (GA) version.
