We had a problem with Dameware but it is not reproducible. We connect to a computer via Dameware Mini Remote Control. Then the user accept the connection and we can see the monitor screen. After few seconds the computer freezes and the colleague can do nothing. Restarting the service via Remote Support is not solving the problem The only solution is to power of the computer via the power button and start it again. Problem occurs on Windows 10 and Windows 7.
