No user data in UDT 2016 domain

I've been struggling a little with UDT 3.2.4 lately. One thing you ought to check is if the account you're using has the relevant permissions to the WMI namespaces used by UDT:

The RPC error could mean that the Windows Firewall is blocking access.

Thanks. I verified the WMI info today. No change. Created a support ticket and they suggested that as well as some other group memberships and such for the account. All items check out as complete, but sill no user info being brought in.

I'm sure you're right that it is going to be something obvious like a firewall setting, but I'm clearly under caffeinated or brain dead, because I can't find it. Domain controller firewall settings appear to be set to allow incoming RPC.

What fixed the issue for me, finally was adding the following in to the default domain controllers group policy object:

Before that, I was seriously scratching my head! Ne default, both of these settings are set to 'Not Configured'.

Got that set too. Flummoxed.

Problem resolved. The primary issue was finding the correct GP to modify. For us, the GP existed inside a folder labeled Domain Controllers and not the GP at the root of the tree when opening the GP editor as directed in this article.

The secondary issue was with the Advanced Audit Policy Configuration -- Audit Kerberos Service Ticket Operations. We didn't have Success selected. In the article linked above, this is under the Windows 2012 heading.
