      4. What problem were you trying to solve when you purchased?
        1. We needed to satisfy an IT auditing requirement
      5. Did you consider options other than SolarWinds? Who?
        1. We looked at logrhymn but was a bit cumbersome to use.
      6. How are you using the product and what benefits have you seen?
        1. We deployed the agents on the DCs and started seeing issues with account lockouts, failed passwords, etc.  Within half a day, LEM had pointed out several critical issues we had to handle right away.  The only bad part is the reporting.  It really needs to be updated and needs to be more friendly.  IT's really hard to use.
