    Upgrading from WebHelpDesk 10.1 to current?


      Hi all,


      We've currently got WebHelpDesk, and we're trying to upgrade to current while preserving our ticket database.  The upgrade guide calls for upgrading to 12.0 first, then on to the current version.  Our product download page currently only goes back to version 12.2.  Is this something that I would need to open a support ticket for?  Thanks!
