Privileged users unable to scroll within MAP

Hello,

In our environment, when privileged accounts are used with Internet explorer to utilize SolarWinds, the privileged accounts are unable to scroll within the Global Network map. We're able to zoom in, but never scroll within the map. With our regular user accounts, we're able to utilize the map and scroll as normal.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Wess

  • In addition to the above,

Once privileged accounts zoom in once, we're unable to click and drag (scroll) within the map. We're only able to zoom in and out on a specific area but not move the map in any direction via click and drag.

Any hints on fixing this? Non-admin accounts are able to zoom in and drag the map around without an issue.

    Thanks,

  • This has been fixed. the issue was the overlaying weather feature on top of the map. Once that was removed, Our privileged user accounts were able to scroll and drag the map around as pleased. We instead, added different map views of the world and USA within its own window on some users views.

Most grabbed from map sites w/ their shared url's.

    Thanks,

    Wess
