I am trying to install NPMv12 on a brand new Windows 2012 R2 Datacenter edition server that meets all the hardware and software specifications from the 12 manual. My installation simply hangs almost immediately while verifying system information and requirements. No error messages, nothing as to what's wrong and it doesn't time out either.
Has anyone else run into this issue?
