Would like to know if there is a way to make a request type private. We have a request type setup at Employee Termination and would like to see if there is a way to make this info private to everyone except the Techs in the system.
Is this possible? If so can you direct me on how this would be done?

I don't believe there is a way to simply click a box to make it 'private' for Techs.
Each Request Type, however, can be restricted to only be visible to certain users - that is done by Location or Company or Department .
If your Tech have a Department of "IT", for example, you could make it so that the Employee Termination Request Type is only visible to that Department.
