Steve, looks like you may be in a position where you'll have to uninstall and reinstall to get the license back. Can you see if that does the trick?
I have tried this and it fails I still don’t have a license. The database repository is on a different server to the DPA would this make a difference?

Steve, it should not.
However, make sure everything gets cleaned up during the uninstall (files, service, registry). Delete the old repo database.
Try spinning everything up again fresh.
