Anyway, I deployed Solarwinds net performance monitor and net config Manager and both were a great help in knowing when our network had outages. It was however kind of a difficult task till I looked up how to do things in the Solarwinds program and set-up SNMP on my network devices. Still learning and still trying to hone my skills with Solarwinds Iook forward to getting help from this community and Happy Thanksgiving.
