    Failed Connect to Internet Alert Central


      I am setting up Alert Central and I am unable to get the product to connect to the internet. Everytime I go to Check for Updates I get the following error message:

      Failed to check for updates(Error downloading manifest. Please contact your vendor. couldn't connect to host URL: http://downloads.solarwinds.com/solarwinds/Release/AlertCentral/Updates//manifest/manifest-latest.xml) on Monday, November 21, 2016 6:05:46 AM GMT-05:00

      I have tried using the proxt server configuration option to run it specifically through our proxy via IP Address and port number and I still get the same error message. It did work when I first installed the ova. The first attempt issued this error but then I turned on the proxy feature and checked for updates and it went through fine. However now all of a sudden it will not work regardless. Can anyone assist?
