    Why does AC see the "to" address value as NULL?

      Regardless of whether a system emails or I personally email the Alert Central mailbox, the "to" field is always "NULL".  Is anyone else seeing this, and is there a workaround?

       

      I'm using Exchange 2010 SP3, which I realize isn't an option when setting the email server type, so I chose SP2 since it's closest.
