Polling duplicate subnets

What is the best practice for polling duplicate subnets on a network?

We have multiple sites with 192.168 subnets setup behind firewalls. We are unable to re-ip the devices on these networks but would like to poll the addresses in IPAM. As a lot of these subnets will be duplicated we would like to ensure that IPAM is polling the correct site's subnet and not mixing the devices from different sites that are using the same subnet. The devices are statically assigned on the  network and there is no DHCP server.
