MFT Web Client Date format

Question

Hi All,

I have my Windows server set to AUS region and Date\Time format (dd/MM/YYYY)

So my MFT root folder shows files and folders in the correct format for my region/Users

However the Web client shows US date format (MM/dd/YYY)

Any Ideas on if this can be modified? I have logged this with the support team as well

I got a response from Solarwinds support, See below

"the MFT web client translates the File and Folders dates to US format ? Even though the Host MFT Server (Win 2012) is set to Australia region and dd\MM\YYYY format

- Yes, even you are using other timezone or region it will translate the date format to (mm/dd/yy) in web client"

I would have thought that the web client would use either the Server Date format or the Users Local client date format rather than translate to US format, but there you go

Solarwinds have agreed to add Date\Time display format update as a future request (hotfix)
