I agree with you! It would be nice to be able to create a ticket from within the app. This would be a great tool for our iOS users of which 98% are.
I will also add my support for updating the app (please), but also creating an iPad app. Using an iPhone app on the iPad is not a pleasant experience. Please also create an iPad app and soon.
Thanks for submitting this warning and are looking into this. I'm definitely listening to the suggestions over improving the IOS app but having to find the bandwidth to address has been a challenge since we have set our focus on in-product enhancements and module updates (dashboards, assets, tickets etc.).
