SAM service monitor "There is no row at position 0"

Hello,

I am running Orion Platform 2016.1.5300, DPA 10.0.1, IVIM 2.1.2, NetPath 1.0, QoE 2.1.0, NCM 7.5, NPM 12.0, SAM 6.2.4. I am getting errors when I try look at the service status I am getting the error "there is no row at position 0" error message. I have not seen any performance issues on the DB or the web server I am not sure where to look next. Any insight or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
