In setting up WHD I had added a few internal folks as clients via LDAP. I then deleted them but coudln't figure out how to restore or re-activate them; is there an easy way to do this? I also found that WHD would let me re-add the same client record again via LDAP but it treated the person as a new client. When I looked in the database I could see multiple client records for the same client name for each time I had deleted it and then re-created it. I would prefer to delete and then just be able to re-activate the same record to maintain the chain of tickets associated with that client record.

This can only be accomplished by directly modifying the table in the database. There is a CLIENT table in the database and one of the columns is called DELETED. You will need to find the row that represents the client record that you wish to restore and change the number in the DELETED column from a 1 to a 0.
