    Solarwinds Alert Integration with ServiceNow Connection error 401


      Setting up new user in ServiceNow and connecting to Solarwinds was successful in DEV and QA environments with an SW application log entry showing connection test processed.

      However in Production instance,  using the same valid User with the proper SolarWinds user role (x_sow_intapp.integration_user), I am experiencing remote server credentials error 401,.


      The only difference in Prod instance is that the user database is validated with Ldap. 

      Testing a different SN user with the same credentials results in same error.

      Any suggestions of what needs to be updated to connect successfully?
