I have been in contact with support from a different company for one of their products, but I noticed that the emails that are sent through their HelpDesk system have a "View ticket" button link on them on Gmail.
Is this currently possible with WHD or has it ever been talked about? Basically it is just a hyperlink to open up the ticket for that client. Seems simple from afar but I am sure it is more complicated.
