Fail to connect

Hi,

I'm setting up backup for a Cisco 3850x switch. Cattool responded "Failed
to connect to 192.168.10.10. Reason: (30012) Protocol version mismatch error..
Giving up after 3 connection attempts.

Would you know what's the exact issue here?
