MPLS Monitoring ideas,solutions or other Modules?

HI Folks,

I am wanting to understand some user cases for motioning MPLS and how have you gone around doing it ?

please feel free to mention modules that can achieve this?

OR is it something that one of these guys can capture:

Syslog

Traps

SNMP UNDP custom pollers OID

NPM routing nebour status?

IPSLA ICMP Echo requests

The device in question is a Cisco Catalyst 4506
