    Easy way to enter a whd ticket after the fact?


      I receive and answer questions and solve problems outside of the whd and I would like to enter them into whd after the fact in order to document and keep statistics. Is there an easy way to do this without creating a ticket that has all of the identification information of the client? I just want to create a ticket in the correct category, post the answer or solution, and give it a status of closed. I'd also like to be able to assign the date of the actual question after the fact. Is any of this possible?
