I come into my company on a sunday afternoon exactly 12 Pm to install a product update on our solar winds Orion web page . I was under the impression that this update needed to be installed directly into our server. i remotely connected to the server and installed the update halfway through the remote session times out and on our web solar winds page it read that a node had gone down. 100% packet loss I tried to reboot the node and still no response. This is a critial issue im pretty sure my boss will flip over and there is nobody available on a sunday to assist me with troubleshooting. Anybody got any feedback???
