I have an alert that triggers when an interface reaches 95% utilization. This alert is an informational alert. I would like to create a second alert that will trigger with the first alert triggers 4 times between 7am and 7pm as a critical alert. Is this possible? How would I do this? NPM 11.5 currently, looking to upgrade to 12 in the near future.
