    When looking for Availability % during business hours, Mon- Fri, which Time Stamp should I be using?  Response Time History/Timestamp does not seem to be the correct one  for me.


      I am trying to  understand availability, so I have made two reports.   One list nodes that are contractually  Business Hours clients, I have added the criteria for 8-5 Mon-Fri, and have used the Response time History /Timestamp

      My second report list the identical nodes and their availability, with no delimiting criteria.  My assumption is the resulting availability is based on  24 hour 7 day a week coverage.


      The two reports  return almost identical results, so I am obviously making a mistake.   Am I using the correct Timestamp, as I see many available to choose from?
